NOTE: Item S1 is required for first year of purchase on all software licenses sales for all products, please make sure to include the associated costs for Maintenance and Version Upgrade Contracts for the respective products.  See Item S1 for more information.

We provide you with a flexible support and maintenance options to meet your needs from software maintenance, version updates,  phone (GoToMeeting, MS Teams, etc. remote support) and on site technical support / training as well as outsourcing personal services as you require.

Item        Description

S1             “Software Maintenance Plan”      

Price:  15% of full list price US$, per year

Product maintenance and version upgrade contract for Thermal Trend – Lean DB products.

The annual contract provides access to all new service releases and version upgrades during the term of the contract.

Customers under a current software maintenance plan will also qualify for ‘S2 In Plan Incident-based Technical Phone Support’.

Annual contract includes:

  • 1 Year Maintenance & Version Upgrade (including all services releases and upgrades).

Note:  S1 TT Lean® – “Software Maintenance Plan“ should be renewed annually to obtain S2 hourly rate. TT Lean® – “Software Maintenance Plan” is included with the initial purchase of all Lean® products. S1 TT Lean® – “Software Maintenance Plan“ term is a year from the date of purchase or installation,  whichever is later. Must be purchased annually unless other arrangements are made.

  • With initial purchase of any Thermal Trend license – First 30 Days Installation Telephone Technical Support is provided.
  • This a 30-day contract providing unlimited phone support for setup issues and one hour of product training for Thermal Trend – Lean DB (note: these services are provided at no additional cost during the first 30-days of purchasing and installation of the product license).

Item        Description

S2             “In Plan” Incident based, Technical Phone Support 

Price:  US$100.¨/hr. billable in 15 minute increments

Thermal Trend – Lean DB technical phone support services for additional help and/or training not covered by item S5 below.

Thermal Trend – Lean DB technical phone support services for assistance with installation issues, configuration, user questions and/or training needs.   This reduced rate is for customers who are current with their Annual Software Maintenance Plan.

Option includes:

  • Technical Phone Support at an hourly rate of $100.00, billable in 15 minute increments for additional support and/or training not covered by item S5 below.
  • The first time minimum required amount of time to be purchased is 2 hours and remains as a credit on client’s account.
  • A credit card might remain in file to charge any overages upon utilization of full balance. Client authorization is required.

Note:  S1 TT Lean® – “Software Maintenance Plan“should be renewed annually to obtain S2 hourly rate. TT Lean® – “Software Maintenance Plan” is included with initial purchase of all TT Lean® products. Please review S1 above for additional information.

S3            “Out of Plan” Incident based Technical Phone Support   

Price:  US$200.¨/hr – billable in 15 minute increments

Thermal Trend – Lean DB technical phone support services for assistance with installation issues, configuration, user questions and/or training needs.   This rate is for customers who are NOT currently subscribed to a Annual Software Maintenance Plan.

Option includes:

  • Technical Phone Support at an hourly rate of $175.00, billable in 15 minute increments for additional support and/or training not covered by item S5 below.
  • The first time minimum required amount of time to be purchased is 2 hours and remains as a credit on client’s account.
  • A credit card might remain in file to charge any overages upon utilization of full balance. Client authorization is required.

Note: Clients not participating in S1 TT Lean® – “Software Maintenance Plan will not receive new service releases and version upgrades.

S5            On-Site Support and Program Implementation 

Price: US$1,400.¨ per day plus expenses

Onsite training and Thermal Trend – Lean DB ® program implementation, performed by our staff or authorized associates to include:

  • Creating correct site infrastructural for your facilities.
  • Creating Routes for locations and equipment as well as route sets for correct filtering of data based on your needs.
  • Proper documentations of inspection information and problems for historical trending of conditions.
  • Correct inspection data cataloging and management for fast and accurate retrieval.
  • Proper use of IR camera equipment relative to inspection needs and applications.
