S1 “Software Maintenance Plan”
Price: 15% of full list price US$, per year
Product maintenance and version upgrade contract for Thermal Trend – Lean DB products.
The annual contract provides access to all new service releases and version upgrades during the term of the contract.
Customers under a current software maintenance plan will also qualify for ‘S2 In Plan Incident-based Technical Phone Support’.
Annual contract includes:
- 1 Year Maintenance & Version Upgrade (including all services releases and upgrades).
Note: S1 TT Lean® – “Software Maintenance Plan“ should be renewed annually to obtain S2 hourly rate. TT Lean® – “Software Maintenance Plan” is included with the initial purchase of all Lean® products. S1 TT Lean® – “Software Maintenance Plan“ term is a year from the date of purchase or installation, whichever is later. Must be purchased annually unless other arrangements are made.
- With initial purchase of any Thermal Trend license – First 30 Days Installation Telephone Technical Support is provided.
- This a 30-day contract providing unlimited phone support for setup issues and one hour of product training for Thermal Trend – Lean DB (note: these services are provided at no additional cost during the first 30-days of purchasing and installation of the product license).
